Yes — reply to your order note within 24 hours and we'll swap any piece. Want to swap color-for-color so your balance stays pretty? We'll do that too; it's kind of our thing.
Any five small goods — a washi roll is one piece, a fountain pen is one piece, a 25-pack of window envelopes is (generously) one piece. Ready-made sets count as their five parts.
We do. Ten or more of the same good gets 10% off automatically; more than that, email us a list and a human (probably Dee) will send a quote within a day.
That's the Tuck & Twine condition, and it's treatable. The Meadow Washi five-roll is our official intervention: one field, five rolls, no shame. Pair it with a letterpress pad and a pen, save 15%, feel human.
